为了保证食品质量安全，确保和提高配送质量安全，

如实记录配送食品检验合格和质量安全状况，我公司于2016年在上冲批发市场建立自已的标准化检测中心，配有电热恒温培养箱、振荡器、农药残毒快速检测仪、瓶口分配器等设备，2017年又购买TTJ9H24型多功能食品安全检测仪，进一步提高了检测、检验的准确性，

从而使所采购的菜品更加安全；技术工作人员有6名，

每天的食材都须经过检测中心抽样检验合格后才能配送。
